At FMS Yemek, we have established food safety, logistics security, and sustainability as our priorities throughout our supply chain.

Policy Objectives

To prioritize security and sustainability at all stages of the supply chain; to proactively manage potential risks.
To select and regularly audit raw material suppliers and logistics partners in line with security, quality, environmental, and social responsibility criteria.
To provide regular training that raises awareness of security, food safety, sustainability, and crisis management among employees and stakeholders.
To implement risk assessment, early warning, and data-driven monitoring mechanisms in order to detect and minimize threats in advance.
To effectively implement emergency and crisis management plans against potential security breaches or supply chain disruptions.
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, international standards, and ethical rules in all activities.
To improve supply chain processes within the framework of sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
To periodically monitor and measure security and sustainability performance and share it with stakeholders through transparent reporting.
